Jim Kouzes has been thinking about leadership since he was a boyscout growing up in the Washington D.C. area. His latest "leadership challenge" involved remodeling his house, selling his house, moving, more remodeling, and getting married. In his newly acquired newlywed status, Jim is spending a great deal of time with his wife Tae (an executive coach) and step-son Nicholas.
